In a rapid response to the challenges many HR teams now face, we added a selection of tools to Phenom’s Talent Experience Management platform to support COVID-19 communication, remote recruiting, and employee wellness.
Employees: We are rolling out Phenom Gigs, an internal talent marketplace. Gigs provide employees with the opportunity to apply for an open project and employers are able to serve project-based work they don't have the budget or look for external.
Candidates: Career sites now have pre-populated COVID-19 FAQs, COVID-19 notification bar, and chatbot has options to enable COVID-19 responses.
Recruiters: We created several COVID-19 email and SMS templates which can be used to better communicate with candidates. SMS capabilities can be enabled free of charge for the next 90 days. Additionally, Phenom is turning on its Events module for all customers for the same time period to help move from physical recruiting event to virtual.
Management: We provided a customizable pre-curated page of employee Wellness Resources including mindfulness and mediation, productivity tips, remote working tools, COVID-19 updates and information.
